Who We Are
Highly qualified and motivated professionals
The founding directors, Simon Moxon and Paul Cole collectively bring over 40 years of experience in design, building and construction.
Their joint hands-on experience in design and design management, and their considerable site experience, make MoxonCole an ideal fit with PAS 8671, the government issued specification that sets out the skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours needed to be competent to deliver the Principal Designer role under the 2023 Amendment to the Building Regulations.
With the competence and experience in place to deliver both of the Principal Designer roles MoxonCole are able to offer a joint service that provides cost efficiencies over appointing two separate providers.

Simon and Paul have spent over two years researching the implications and requirements of the Building Safety Act and its supporting legislation, and developing a Building Regulations Principal Designer service to guide and protect clients and their projects though the complexities of achieving compliance with the new regulatory framework.
